Wellness + Care

At Friend & Fetch, happy pups and happy humans are our priority!

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because our treats are made with fresh, wholesome ingredients, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food products for safety and quality reasons. We will work with you to find the best resolution for the issue.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

That's ruff! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't quite what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at friendandfetch@gmail.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.

We'll review the issue and work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund, when appropriate.

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No worries! Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your cancellation.

Help! I used Apple Pay and my shipping address is not correct. My treats went to a different address!

We're SO sorry this happened, however it's your responsibility to double check your shipping address prior to making your purchase.

Start with a small amount and follow the feeding directions on the packaging. If your dog has food sensitivities or follows a special diet, check with your veterinarian first.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened dog treats, perishable products, or items purchased on final sale. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my dog doesn't like the treats?

Every pup has their own taste buds! While Bernie, our Chief Tasting Officer, gives our treats two paws up, we understand that not every dog will agree. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds based on individual taste preferences.

Your pup's health and happiness matter to us! Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchasing. Because every dog is different, we cannot guarantee that our treats will be suitable for every pup. We cannot offer refunds for individual allergies or sensitivities unless the product is defective or incorrectly labeled.

We know your pup is eagerly awaiting their goodies! 🐾 Every Friend & Fetch order is prepared with love and care. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Once your treats are on their way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the tail-wagging excitement!

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our treats are proudly made in small batches in sunny South Florida! We use thoughtfully selected organic ingredients to create wholesome, delicious treats with lots of love and a little help from Bernie, our Chief Tasting Officer.

YES, we do! Save on shipping charges and pickup locally in Boca, or at one of our farmer's market locations. Email friendandfetch@gmail.com for more info and to schedule your pickup.
